Pros

I have seen so much professionalism and respect for clients demonstrated by my supervisors. In my experience, BE is centered around the needs and dignity of clients first and foremost. My supervisors have been responsive and interested in suggestions/concerns presented by myself. I really appreciate the collaborative effort. Flexible hours.

Cons

BE is primarily a home-based treatment company, so you will have very limited interactions with other staff outside of supervision.

Clients. Experience in the field. They get all your certifications. (NPI) (RBT) and (CPR) they support you if you want to have a masters in the BCBA career

Cons

pay is a bit low. Cant make a full living with it.
