Pros

I enjoyed the families and clinical team that worked with while at BE!

Cons

Quality care and training is lacking, but that is an issue across the ABA field.

Pros

- Quick training towards RBT - Choice between clinic or in-home setting

Cons

- Rarely saw my supervisor, maybe once a month - Trained more by the RBT before me than by the actual supervisor, which is definitely outside the RBTs role and competency - Thrown in to sub at the clinic with absolutely no experience there and zero training there. I had no idea where anything was or how anything operated, and somehow expected to be able to function there. Given a client without knowing anything about the kid or being given his file with goals and programs to be run. - Client assent seemed essentially the last priority, didn't see kids given opportunity to opt out of doing things.
