Some pros were that I was able to get my RBT certification and it was paid for by the company. I liked the families that I worked with.

Cons

Drive time and inconsistent hours/schedule. When a client cancels, you don't get the hours, so it is difficult to rely on income as an RBT. Also, there is a lack of hands-on training. You kind of are just thrown in with minimal guidance when you first start. You learn as you go but it would be nice to have support from the get go.
