Pros

Great experience working with families. Good field opportunity for career development.

Cons

Was not given hours offered, or the case I was hired for. I ended up waiting months for a dedicated position. Ended up leaving because the hours did not allow for a livable wage and unprofessionalism of staff.

Poor ABA provider

Pros

Higher starting wage Flexibility Clients and families are great

Cons

Stay away from this company. Hiring process is ridiculously long and training is unpaid. There are many other smaller ABA providers with better training and benefits like medical, dental, etc. You are promised clients and it never works out. They will fire you and not even care about it because lack of communication is that severe.
