Pros

The comments and replies are helpful and word to the one who said "comments are planted" Stop being a hater! It's called BRANDING! Any reputable company should be replying to negative comments to provide control of the situation. And what feedback site doesn't have more negative comments than positive ones? That is whats wrong with this society. Can't blame them for trying to keep an image of positivity when it takes more effort to do such acts. People just feel its okay to complain because they can be antonymous. Is there a place that you can work with no disgruntled employees or clients that are difficult? If so, I want to work there. The industry we work in as well as being Home Health is one of the most stressful to be in because of all the regulations, families with opinions, and red tape! I have been a health care professional for over 5 years with several companies. What makes a good company is not one individual but the mission of the whole. What is "Butterfly Effects trying to accomplish?" Is what should be brought to light here. Anyone who looks at these reviews and makes a judgement about what it would be like to work here is not being open minded to the reality that people are quick to point out flaws. Can they improve? Yes, but what company cant? I hope the people out there who reply and use Glass door for their decision making take a step back and look at the bigger picture? Are you going to let someone elses opinion dictate how you make your own experiences? Sounds like some people are just bitter!

Cons

Communication can be difficult because we work in the field a lot.

Pros

Zero.... unless you are selected by management as a special employee to write a planted online rebuttal to all of the negative reviews. Let the planting begin!

Cons

It's amusing how every time a legitimate review is written by a current or former employee which expresses all of the accurate, horrifying disappointments of Butterfly Effects, miraculously, within a few days, a new review is submitted which turns all of the negative statements into positive ones. Just look at the trend for yourself. Clearly, the management team is working feverishly to do damage control and is recruiting certain brainwashed employees to write a rebuttal to all of the constructive criticism. This is corruption and unethical behavior at its finest and another example that this company cannot be trusted! The president likes to try to impress everyone reading the reviews by talking up a good game her responses, but most its just smoke and mirrors... again... basic damage control. Don't believe any of it. Seems like there are so many more people out there who agree with the negative statements (because they are TRUE) and only the positive reviews are being submitted by internal recruits. Wouldn't be surprised if these people are getting some kind of benefit or kick back for their social media damage control services. What a joke! Not to mention all of parents and clients who have complained over and over throughout the years in various states. There is power is numbers... believe the truth from the masses and not the carefully crafted responses by a corrupt and unethical management team.
