Wonderful coworkers and supervising BCAs. Learned an in credible amount in just a short time. The families are amazing.

Cons

Not enough hours and hourly pay is not enough. Drive time is too much.

This field is always changing, having the support from supervisors and regional directors makes my job easy.

Cons

We have had some up's and down's, but with a new President on board we are now moving in an amazing direction. I can't wait to see what is in store.
