Pros

Leadership is AWESOME! The new president really has come in and made some changes to culture, training structure, and allowed the team to really shine and advance. I honestly feel like my input and feedback is listened to, and actually leads to action and change. Clinical leadership is stronger than ever and I think the field feels it. In the last two months alone I have seen 6 BCBA's promoted to Regional Directors. Their territories are strategic, local, and focused in a way that makes them happier and more successful to manage. I come to work everyday feeling good about what I do and the purpose of serving our children and families. My co-workers all feel the same way, so it makes for a very happy, driven team.

Cons

Nothing really. I am always super busy but it's a good thing and makes the day fly by.

BE/ATS is a wonderful company!

Pros

I have been an employee of ATS for five years, and have seen the transition under our parent company (BE) for the past three years. I have known all of the team members at BE to be warm, compassionate people who truly care for the clients that we serve and the employees at the company. I can understand that some people may share frustrations over the general burnout of this career field, but the team members at BE and ATS continue to listen to the conversation and make changes to enhance employee's experiences here. BE has full corporate office staff to serve the needs of each employee, as well as properly assure that billing, authorizations, recruiting, and human resources concerns are handled swiftly and with care. With the recent changes to management and the addition of a new President and Vice President of Clinical Services, there have already been upward movement in just the past couple of months. Upper management really cares about trying to ensure that the clinical integrity of our work exceeds industry standards, and that there is a work-life balance that helps to overcome the natural burnout that team members face in the field of ABA. Benefits and "perks" continue to grow at BE, and I am grateful for the support and generosity that the company has shown me over the past several years.

Pros

Butterfly Effects is under new leadership, and a lot of things are changing for the better! There's more emphasis on building the company culture and we have more fun employee activities at the corporate office such as a Chips & Dip Friday, a recent Corporate Bake-Off, and Bagels brought to the office every Friday! We've also had recent after work activities like Bowling and an employee night at Xtreme Action Park that both the corporate and field employees enjoyed. Hard work is being recognized, and I've seen a lot of employees promoted over the last 3-4 months under this new leadership team. I'm very excited to see Butterfly Effects continue to grow and become a leader in the field of ABA. It's a really great place to work for someone who wants to work hard and grow professionally with a large, stable, and growing company in a field that helps children and families affected by autism.

Cons

As with any major organizational shifts in leadership, there's a lot of things changing across the company. The changes all seem to be very good, and very employee and client focused, but if you are the type of person that likes consistency and dislikes frequent changes, this may not be the right place for you at this point in time.
