Yet, the free training that BE provides to become a Registered Behavior Technician, including paying for associated fees allows the candidate to have a future as a paraprofessional. That is one investment that I rarely see in the rest of health care. As a small, cottage health care industry, the majority of Tech positions offered are part-time.
