I loved working with the clients.

Cons

It was difficult when the family chose to go with another company. It took awhile to get another client and in the mean time it created a hardship for my family.

Thank you for your positive rating. With most of our clients, we provide services in the home and after-school hours, for many years. You are so right, when a family relocates or chooses to move to a center-based program, it can be devastating for the team member in so many ways. We are working hard on our predictable indices for hiring, client turnover, and team member capacity to avoid situations like this in the future. Glad to hear that you recognize the camaraderie of the LA team. With such a remote workforce working mostly in client homes, we have been working hard to create a team environment through regularly scheduled activities and team recognition. At BE, we are proud of the accomplishment of nearly all of our Behavior Techs gaining their registration as Behavior Technicians through the BACB!
