Pros

The only pro is that people quit so there is room for growth.

Cons

The clients cancel often and you are not paid- even when you drive to their house. Things appear organized although nobody follows through with things. Everyone is promised full time hours and nobody gets them.

There are some very nice people on the office staff. If you have no experience and need to get experience to move onto something better, this is one of many possibilities. Initial tutor training is very good.

Cons

Understand that you are disposable to them. you are not seen as a human being, just a cog in a money making machine. They make lots of promises, but don't expect those promises to be kept. They are not upfront about how much time they require you to work that you can not bill for, they are not upfront about many aspects of the job. From a clinical perspective, the paperwork looks good, but the ability to do good solid clinical work simply does not exist.
