-out of luck if a client cancels - no $ compensation -BCBAs are overworked so if you show competence you are given more responsibility than what is preferred -Supervision is sporadic (fine) but when you have issues that need immediate attention it can take some time to get them addressed -I wish there was more support for RBTs that need help with in-home sessions (i.e. lesson planning, how to maintain engagement, etc.) -you get zero benefits if part-time and PT probably make up 80% of staff. No PTO, no healthcare/vision/dental/ no 401K matching. This is not the job for long-term employees and why do they want to run that model? We are expected to create relationships with families but they don't want to keep their employees long-term?

It is not a great company and they do not give you raises and they never offer full time. They also just don’t do very good aba at the end of the day. They make kids very prompt depended without all that errorless teaching
