Pros

Start at salary before credentialing. Monthly PD opportunities and courses to meet renewal requirements. Very ethical and concerned with client progress. You're able to manage your caseload with minimal oversight.

Cons

Minimal room for growth. Clients are spread out and long drives. No work life balance with schedule. Salary is average but insurance offered is not the best and expensive.

I am saddened to read this review. We keep our BCBA caseload small, which allows Behavior Technicians to receive the support and guidance they need to provide effective treatment to families. We also regularly compare our hourly rates to other regional providers, where we are constantly paying in the above average range. Please fee to reach out to me and discuss your concerns. I care that our Behavior Technicians are being adequately supported in the field: steve.woolf@butterflyeffects.com Dr. Steve Woolf, President
