Since the start, I have had a wonderful experience with employees and coworkers at BE. My supervisors have all been great, and I’ve learned so much.

Cons

Pay is low for having a bachelors degree, no protection or guaranteed pay in case of cancellations or lower hours

Pros

Start at salary before credentialing. Monthly PD opportunities and courses to meet renewal requirements. Very ethical and concerned with client progress. You're able to manage your caseload with minimal oversight.

Cons

Minimal room for growth. Clients are spread out and long drives. No work life balance with schedule. Salary is average but insurance offered is not the best and expensive.
