Pros

-Flexible schedule -Make a real difference in families lives -reimbursement for travel

Cons

-terrible communication management -up front investment for the RBT test and toys/ items used with client -will cut hours and drop clients (lay offs) - high turnover rate with BCBA and rbts

Pros

- Highly flexible schedule options - Great BCBAs who are always available to answer questions - No micromanagement

Cons

- For the first session, you are with the BCBA. After that point, I feel like RBTs are essentially left without much support in the beginning - During client cancellations, you don’t get paid the full rate
