It has a pretty good setup which allows anyone who is starting out to be well educated in this job

Cons

They expect you to adapt to know what to do with very little help. Usually being with you the first session and checking on you I believe 5% of your hours to see how progress is being made.

Meaningful work Pretty decent pay Coworkers are great

Cons

Director is not a genuinely nice person. Pretty much thrown into the job without any real training Can be stressful and if you speak up about your stress you can be retaliated against Facility is not clean and it's the technicians' responsibilities (on top of their already full load of responsibilities) to keep it clean because they are too cheap to hire a real janitorial service.
