Pros

- Great regional director - Passionate BCBAs - definitely on the more ethical side - monthly case reviews were beneficial

Cons

- very high admin work load - importance on meeting productivity (billable hours) but no real solutions for how to increase them - I was given a very small caseload but expected to hit 25 billable hours - workaholic culture that higher ups promote - some of the worst training for BTs I've ever seen - hiring anyone to be a BT - threats to move BCBAS to hourly due to low billable - CEO claims company has the lowest billable requirements compared to other companies, which isn't the case since my current employer requires 20

Pros

The job itself is extremely rewarding, but everything else is micromanaged and all about the company making money.

Cons

You will have a completely crazy schedule and never know how many hours you will get in a week. If your client doesn't show up they will send you home with little pay and often expect you to come back for your next client later on in the day. The company has no appreciation for its workers and the administrators will often walk by you without even making eye contact or saying hello. The company sees no issue in letting children play in an area with glass, trash, and overgrown grass , it is very low on their list of things to get to. During our "Grand Opening" for the local media, we were told to keep all the "rowdy " clients in the play room and give them anything they asked for no matter what their behavior was, to insure that everything looked picture perfect.

Pros

Pay rate is good 17.65 and training is helpful. They do train you to be a ABA and help out kids.

Cons

Too many to name , I just started a few weeks ago and I been cancled. Every time ,I think I am going to meet a client something happens and the manager cancels . I been with them for 3 weeks and so far no client , very unorganized you get a message a day before to meet and hope you see a client. Then on the day of ,you are told not going to happen.
