Pros

- Employees are friendly - Holidays Off, Vacation Time, and some sick days - Attainable sales goals but with little or no incentive

Cons

- Upper Management - No raises of any kind - Extreme favoritism - Communication is awful - Very high turnover - The bank group keeps consolidating branches - Not a lot of room for advancement - Horrible training department - Very low pay scale compared to similar market - Older banking software - Certain departments are in disarray or no structure

Pros

Had good Health insurance/401 (k)

Cons

Overworkes staff (75 hrs/week; shorten your bathroom breaks so you can work more"), blames upper management screw ups on lower managers, staff. Micromanagement; Too cheap to update computer systems to solve problems that forces employees to work non-stop.

Pros

No pressure. Hours are not bad.

Cons

Unfair wages. Inexperienced management, get different answers from same department. Do not care about employees No lunch breaks but clock out for lunch. Have been asked to go sit in the back for lunch and if customers are there, come back and take care of them. WTF.
