Take a pass, you're better off unemployed.

Pros

If you previously worked for Banco Popular, you're so in! And they'll pay you fantastically. If you're anybody else, seriously, there is no upside.

Cons

Everything! The pay is embarrassingly atrocious, the benefits are nonexistent, a management philosophy does not exist, and executive management has an aversion to honest and open communication.

Pros

Great co-workers. Great customers. Closed most holidays.

Cons

No raises. No recognition for a job well done or loyalty. Branch employees are not "as valued" as corporate staff. Some managers are verbally abusive and little or no action is taken. Extreme favoritism persists and employees are reminded that they are replaceable and lucky to have a job. The "old guard" isn't having trouble adapting to the new owners, they just want to be recognized, rewarded and appreciated for riding out the storm.
