Poor remuneration compared to others in the industry Stock is given out at inconsistent levels to new employees No desire to be loyal, when the reward for those who have joined in the past 3 years is unexciting Poor work/life balance due to a lack of good quality people, meaning that much of the time is spent fighting fires and covering up for other people

There are not many things to say. Here are some I can think of - okay kind of work - work life balance - Not to aggressive schedules - overall nice people to work with

This place has negative energy. The positions are CEO and CTO are a joke. Everything is run by VP of Engineering. People in the management kiss his behind. His brother started as a fresher and went on to become an Architect. Information is passed to other employees on a need to know basis. Just using marketing Jumbo to sell one product. If you want to work just for a basic salary and not expecting anything more, this is one place. There is no 401k match. There is no bonus. There is no incentive stock options. Not that this stock is gonna be worth something. For some reason, they behave as if this is next google.
