Work from home with nice co-workers.

Cons

Sticker shock when you find out they require you to use an untested 253-word sales script on an introductory sixty-second phone call. Your supervisor and your trainer don't lead by example. In fact, they make zero calls. The CEO (who's never made a BDR call in his life) micromanages the sales department by requiring all salespeople to use untested scripts.

Everyone pretends to be your friend while you work there. Flexible on remote work.

Cons

Severely underpay for amount of work completed. Expect you to give up too much time out of your day for a job that does the least to keep you.

No control over your own sales ops

Great data penetration, good company values, evolving with times, good set of digital products

Cons

Too expensive to sell, no control over your sales opportunities created by DC's, team work is great but too much teamwork can ruin deals, extremely hard score a business, horrible quota management for sales people. DC is still a very experimental position with high turnover rate, they usually rotate these positions 6 months at a time
