Work Saturdays sometimes. They don't have a lot of support to cross pollinate so people can enjoy new work skills. They don't have much support for career progression. Also, I heard working in the branches kind of blows...it's a boiler room environment

-Long hours. -if you want lunch breaks , forget it for " tight season" which can be 6 to 8 months at a time -Unrealistic growth goals- 35 percent to hit bonus numbers. No other company expects that much. If you don't hit the numbers after working yourself ragged no sympathy from corporate. If you hit big numbers yourself but branch doesn't hit theirs too bad . Literally everything has to go correct for good year. If you have a flat year with little or no growth your pay will decrease! - pay not inline with industry peers for achievers - high turnover, constantly training new hires - big money is always " next year" - high stress. Like the mail, freight never stops.
