      decent PTO allowance, good experience if you are in supply chain/3PL industry, healthcare benefits

      Cons

      sick days included into PTO days, failure to recognize many major holidays, constantly reassuring "flexible" work and that employee wellbeing is of high importance but remote employees are being let go by the hundreds after spending time training AI to replace them, lower level job titles don't seem to hold weight - everyone expected to do the same work until you get up to AM or higher, poor compensation rates considering market, inflation, and work experience.
