We are constantly restructuring, which is just creating a downhill spiral for this company. They paid off our old CEO to quit, so Dave Bozeman could pick up a $20million package and tell every employee we cannot receive our earned bonuses and yearly .50 merits. Really looked forward to those smudge of raises anyway.. Execs only make sure they make their millions. Terrible benefits, and zero appreciation to employees. Keep in mind THIS happens right after they laid off thousands of employees as well. Took away bonuses from hard workers that are hustling to cover multiple people who lost their jobs. I’m done.

Out of touch leadership. As they host town halls and earnings calls, they always laugh when employees ask about inflation increases, but then turn around and stop all merit increases. They also care more about butts in seats than the actual output of their employees. No matter how hard you work they will not reward their employees. Avoid at all costs!!!!
