      Pros

      Because turnover is so high you can move around within the company easily.

      Cons

      There was no work life balance. Work IS life. Unless you're management or sales, pay is extremely low.

      Pros

      Great company, a lot of company paid events. Everyone is friendly, and willing to help you at all times. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Pay cycle is terrible, instead of biweekly they do 2x a month, the 15th and the 30th. They are very greedy with the pay as well. The max for my position is $15.50 with currently no raises, but yet they throw HUGE holiday parties at the RitzCarlton and pay for employees overnight stay at a hotel. The better you do at your job the more responsibilities they give you, without more pay!

      Pros

      Will hire employees without experience, so it's a good job to start from college. You learn a lot about the industry, multitasking and dealing with customers on a daily basis. Able to make decent money if you can do well, not that hard to do well.

      Cons

      Undesirable work environment. No sense of respect or positivity in the office. Employees are not valued, because they are replaceable. No flexibility in hours, if you are one minute late you are called out in an office wide email. Work a solid 10 hour day every day, as well as occasional Saturdays. Good place to start and gain a little experience and then leave as soon as you can to a better job.
