      Grueling, Underwhelming, & Disappointing

      Pros

      + Decent benefits + Ok 1st job for recent graduates (but should be used as a springboard to finding a better position at a different company)

      Cons

      + Low base salary + Large pay gaps between reps doing the same jobs + Office GM micromanages and is scatterbrained + No compensation transparency + Managers play favorites + Long hours including working weekends and taking after hours calls in the middle of the night + Perception of "teamwork" and "our employees are our most valuable assets" but not true in practice + Lack of clear direction and vision

      Pros

      Great people on staff. Very business casual. Worldwide organization with huge profits. Great location. Great benefits. Leader in the 3PL industry with several huge accounts. Ability to handle all of a clients needs.

      Cons

      Dishonest, oversensitive management. Overpriced, in an oversaturated market. Inter - department communication is horrible. Confusing commission structure with ever changing priorities based on guesses. Claustrophobic work environment, very unprofessional behavior.Better suited for recent college grads.

      Pros

      Casual work environment. There are some nice people there but they are leaving for better opportunities.

      Cons

      Known for their low pay. No room for growth and the pay and benefits don't make up for the ever changing demands. Always bringing in Temps that make more then the employees that have been there for years. There was no joy in being in that office, nothing to look forward too.
