Lack of Growth, Efficiency, and Talent
Pros
There is nothing positive about this company other than that if you applied for a position here, then you'll probably get it due to the high turn over rate.
Cons
Long work hours - Typically these employees work 45-55 hours a week. The bigger the account, the more hours you are expected to work. Lack of potential for growth - The teams in the Bellevue office are small. We have about five to ten people per team, but we also have an extremely high turnover rate. Young management team (lack of experience) - Due to the high turnover rate, those who work worked there less than a year are given management positions. However, do not expect higher pay - you are given additional duties in order to "prove yourself" to the company. Low pay & benefits - Expect to be paid $14 per hour with little benefits through a temp agency. When hired full-on, you are offered $15 per hour if you are under 40 hours a week. When you move up into the next title, expect to be salaried for 45-55 hours at week at an average of about $12.50 per hour. You are not given bonuses for doing well. Work here only if you have no experience or if you are in between jobs. As they are always hiring, you can expect to get into this company easily. Other reviews here have mentioned that you need to be buddy buddy with the supervisors, which I thought was a joke when I first read this. Turns out that this is extremely true.
