Pros

There is nothing positive about this company other than that if you applied for a position here, then you'll probably get it due to the high turn over rate.

Cons

Long work hours - Typically these employees work 45-55 hours a week. The bigger the account, the more hours you are expected to work. Lack of potential for growth - The teams in the Bellevue office are small. We have about five to ten people per team, but we also have an extremely high turnover rate. Young management team (lack of experience) - Due to the high turnover rate, those who work worked there less than a year are given management positions. However, do not expect higher pay - you are given additional duties in order to "prove yourself" to the company. Low pay & benefits - Expect to be paid $14 per hour with little benefits through a temp agency. When hired full-on, you are offered $15 per hour if you are under 40 hours a week. When you move up into the next title, expect to be salaried for 45-55 hours at week at an average of about $12.50 per hour. You are not given bonuses for doing well. Work here only if you have no experience or if you are in between jobs. As they are always hiring, you can expect to get into this company easily. Other reviews here have mentioned that you need to be buddy buddy with the supervisors, which I thought was a joke when I first read this. Turns out that this is extremely true.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k. Good first job right out of school..until you realize you're basically a slave.

Cons

No advancement Zero social life Incredibly stressful They will put more and more work on you until you snap Unless you're part of the cool group you'll never move up Dead end job Treated awfully Conflict between different branches Be prepared to work 55-60 hours/week without being compensated No job security for the first 5 years If you want to look for another job, GOOD LUCK. If they find your resume you are fired on the spot Work almost all holidays, a typical day for me is 730-615. Every day... Usually more.

Pros

The only pro at this company was that is filled a two year spot in my resume for future opportunities. Our office was treated to lunch 2 times a year and a christmas party at the end of the year.

Cons

The general manager of our office was the worst manager and person I've ever known. He treated everyone with disrespect, like they weren't worth the ground they stood on. If you're a transportation sales rep you'll make anywhere from 34-36k. They try and entice you with a 100 dollar a month commission if you hit unrealistic goals. If you're a sales rep and are a top producer like I was which is only about 5% of the 1000 sales reps they have - you'll make 55-60k. If you're mediocre, all your friends selling at a different company will make more money then you do. If you kiss the ground your manager stands on and are a yes man and stay with this company for 10 years, you'll make 80-90k and work with other 22-23 year olds making fart jokes every day. And the best part - if my general manager wasn't bad enough, he hired this over the hill sales manager who couldn't sell anything if his life depended on it to micromanage me and another sales rep. Take my advice when you work at this company you relinquish all your freedoms and work for a company who's motto is "like it or get out because I'll find someone who will like it and get paid less"
