They schedule projects with deadlines that management and engineers know can't be met without effecting the product quality and negatively impacting customers. They will claim otherwise, which implies gross incompetence within upper management.
Poor estimates and an unwillingness to let hold products back until they're ready leads to employees to work very long hours 80+ followed by months of support issues
Training is negligible and when it occurs you end up working on your job instead of paying attention to the training (which leads to more issues later on).
Management will throw you under the bus if someone higher up didn't like what you did, even though you did it at your managers request
It's a mind numbing place to work. People are nice, but it's filled with people who are there for a paycheck looking forward to retirement (in 30 years)
