Fantastic…years ago…today absolute garbage. There is more ways to get fired than get a raise!

Cons

Surveys! Let’s talk about those. Ohh and the part where a director was sleeping with those who wanted to move up in the company and target the ones who didn’t sleep with them! Also the fact that the whole “$80k a year” is a pipe dream. You will fire a lower perform rep with a high survey score but keep a higher performing rep with terrible survey scores!

Pros

Direct coworkers were amazing but we were all overloaded and underpaid.

Cons

No upward mobility, people in mgmt/VP positions had no business managing employees, low pay for the industry, higher-ups absolutely refused to listen to their employees’ opinions, no work/life balance - work was piled onto us. Stay away.

Pros

Big budget for IT and network upgrades, retirement package is decent, reasonably priced medical insurance.

Cons

They are a large company who treats every department and person like 16 year olds at a fast food store. No employee trust, strange internal culture, far too many management chains. The HR department runs the company with an iron fist and cultivates motivation through fear and intimidation. Low salary offerings, not competitive with other businesses in the industry for the size of the company.
