Pros

Very few positives, each year more and more benefits are removed and support is hard to come by.

Cons

Internal promotions given to those whom are undeserving, not bothering to check with their direct reports opinions One initiative after another forced down operations throats with little regard to how it effects the customer and site levels HR is under supported and cannot effectively manage recruitment, investigations or new hire onboarding processes. WORKDAY roll out and continued frustrations have been met with no changes or resolutions although many "task forces" have been created - Just more initiatives. Benefit increases go up higher than annual increases and the only positive, education reimbursement, was taken away. Corporate support shows up when the account is in trouble and then the cavalry comes running, only to ghost two weeks later when they feel they have addressed the concern with no later follow up Take a pic of senior management - Good ole boys club, nothing changes. No growth opportunities unless your part of certain inner circles. Available advancement positions are filled prior to being posted.

Pros

If you're an individual with a difficult employment history or stem from an underprivileged class, this company may offer a slightly better opportunity than fast food or retail service at the entry level.

Cons

This is an organization without a backbone that would never invest in its employees. With an outrageously high attrition rate, the company thinks nothing about retention, offering reasonable benefits, job training, or even investing in an annual review process to provide feedback while listening to employees. There is zero innovation and absolutely no leadership from the executives. It's almost as if this company was formed by mistake, as it's neither truly connected to Cushman & Wakefield nor does it harbor a meaningful, sustainable, independent governance structure. It's a haphazard circus.

I’m a member of the 14-person C&W Services executive leadership team. We read all Glassdoor reviews, and we discuss them regularly in our monthly meeting. While your feedback is difficult for us to read, we take it seriously. Given our investment in employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, innovation, and training, we would very much like to understand the account-level perspective on those investments. If you would like to give more detailed feedback privately, you can email culture@cwservices.com, and request the member of the leadership team with whom you would like to speak. I do want to dispute one of your assertions. You seem to imply that people from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds have limited career options. We vehemently disagree with that premise for any individual, and for C&W Services as an organization. We are extremely proud of our diverse, 14,000-strong team, and the opportunities for advancement found throughout our organization and in the facilities industry. We regularly celebrate our employees, who provide insightful, innovative service to our clients; manage and mentor their teams; and find decades-long career growth with C&W Services. Visit (www.cwservices.com/blog) to read their stories.

Pros

I am not jobless while i look for a job

Cons

Managment lie to make themselves look better, but makes them look worse. They are dumb as a box of rocks. Lie about policy constantly. Say they want to promote from inside and then hire from outside saying no one on shift is qualified. Requires you to pass a test for promotion, pass the test and not even grant you an interview. Have cameras pointed at the mechanics work desk so they can sit at a desk to watch and make sure techs aren't sitting at a desk.
