C2 Education Tutor/Program Lead reviews

Thank you for your contribution as a tutor at C2! I am so proud of all that our tutors are able to accomplish with our students. C2 tutors not only teach academic skills, but also serve as mentors and coaches, encouraging and guiding students throughout the school year. Our teachers have a diverse range of backgrounds and goals. Some teachers work at C2 while preparing for graduate school, while others see C2 as a long term opportunity. You will be pleased to hear that we recently rolled out a brand new Teacher Development Initiative that provides teachers with different ways to increase their pay while also providing them with opportunities to grow and develop with C2. We will continue to improve our training to provide more tools and support around how to balance the various needs of our students so that they benefit from a better education, now and always. Our teaching philosophy is to work to the individual needs of each student and 3:1 allows for students to receive that one-on-one attention.
