no training for months, belittlement, humiliation from CEO in front of other employees, no work life balance. no clear direction, quotas change on a whim about once a week. they expect employees to work 60+ hour weeks for minimal pay and will say to your face to leave if you ask for a raise.

I have seen the bad reviews on here and it's pretty obvious who wrote each one. The thing about C2 is you either make it or you don't. The workforce is shifting to a large number of millennials in the workforce. They want all the perks and the highest salary with non of the work. Why are they so entitled? In every job you have to prove your worth. If you work your butt off and prove yourself as a valued asset you will thrive here. Get out of the drama and don't bring your personal life to the office.
