Thank you for taking the time to review C2! We are so glad to learn our employee engagement efforts are well received. We work hard to keep our staff highly engaged in all areas and intend to work relentlessly to continue this practice. We take great pride in our customer centric focus and truly are an “all hands on deck” organization. Everyone here works diligently to ensure our clients’ needs are being met on a daily basis. We are sorry to hear the feedback about our “bench”. We do our best to ensure that all of our employees are resourced properly and have projects to work on allowing continuity with C2. However, due to the size of our organization sometimes there are gaps which are difficult to cover. Thank you for the feedback, we will continue to work on this.
