Thank you for taking the time to review C2! We value your appreciation of our familial environment and we couldn't agree more. This is a pro that we hear often about our culture and part of what sets us aside from our competitors. This is reaffirmed by our high retention rate and longevity of service. As for compensation, we stay on par within the government contracting business to maintain a competitive position in an LPTA environment. We offer a competitive total compensation package which includes base pay, bonuses, paid annual leave, health benefits, retirement benefits, and more. Compensation also varies based on locale. We thank you for your feedback and will continue to do market research to ensure we align with and stay competitive within the industry.

Pros

C2 values their customers and employees. They hire good people and treat them well. Also, we do very meaningful and innovative work at C2. C2 has a great work atmosphere combined with a great mission!

C2ti is a great place to gain experience and the work environment is very friendly and familial.

At times, coordinating work between different offices can be difficult.
