No WLB - you are expected to "voluntarily" work more than 50 hours per week No WFH option - you need to work from the office every day, even during Covid, because the company is an "essential business" High turnover rate - many people left during the last two years Poor management - every decision comes from the top Toxic culture - revenue is more important than employees Low-quality products and technologies Encourage employees to leave glassdoor reviews

Initial compensation fair for a startup, additional grants not so much. Located in a good central location for Caltrains commuting.

Cons

The belief that adding and changing management on a revolving door basis was the solution. A very top heavy team with a big company ego crammed into a startup. Ratio of VP / Exec to Employees is higher than it should ever be at any startup.
