Excellent Work Environment.

Pros

Staff are very friendly. Overall office environment is very comfortable. There is some office games such as foosball. Catered lunch every day, Pizza on Fridays. Fresh and local coffee on tap. Time off requests are very lienent, Allows for personal adventure along side work projects. Several company events over the year.

Cons

Only 1 office location. Some work projects can get intense. Slow training for new employees.

A Fun Place - If You Don't Stay Too Long

Pros

Catered Lunch, Fooseball tables, bean bag chairs, fun people to work with. They make you feel great about your job.

Cons

Almost all of the original people who were hired were fired. Once an employee hits 1.5-2 years, the company cannot afford to continue paying them (unless they're in sales).

Literally no females (literally -- this is not an exaggeration). Very low pay, no benefits.
