Pros
The company has amazing benefits and the people who work here are awesome. The teams work well together and everyone is willing to help each other. There is a lot of room for growth when you join the company, and more to come since the company is forever expanding. There is great potential that this company could become huge. The CEO and COO are sitting in the office with you, it is great to see them give employees the time that is needed.
Cons
This is a VERY demanding job and you are working at a high pace throughout the day. It is well worth it though because the hard work is noticed, by most. As always, with a new company, there are issues that need to still be worked out but management is normally quick to find a solution. The technology is still a work in progress but it is improving all of the time, as it does in this industry.
