Pros

This is a good opportunity to learn a lot, if you are inexperienced. Lunch offerings are getting better.

Cons

The pay is very low. A lot of people are barely trained, and good employees don't last. The management is very cliquey and make empty promises. No matching on the 401k

Pros

Great employees and a fun place to work, the company seems to be growing at a good pace so there seems to be loads of opportunities to move up or into different positions if one doesn't seem to fit you.

Cons

You have to work from the bottom, It is a company that you start at the bottom no matter what. (This is a Con for some but a Pro for others)
