Pros

decent benefits and base comp. good commissions. compeling events like renewing contracts that help generate revenue and commissions

Cons

most new hires will not receive accounts that are in good standing. Management quick to turn over sales people due to lack of revenue. Not much consideration of doing the right actions or market conditions. Management runs a popularity contest in a lot of cases.

Pros

work-life balance, hours flexible, work from home flexible, fairly stable company in terms of finances, some technical knowledge there and they have some solid product teams

Cons

management is non-technical for the most part and is overly political, benefits are weak especially health care, Not sure company can be a major player against competitors in the long run
