- Organization prides its internal networking and vision/strategy sharing by frequent communication events. - Flexible work environment offers higher abiliy to perform.

Cons

- Old management style, proving it difficult to make any time sensitive progression in high level tasks - Lack of cohesive internal involvement globally, this is only relevent regionally.

leadership (executive and middle), sales operation is "use car salesmen" approach. if you are services, forget it, you might as well start looking for a new career opportunity elsewhere, as your days are numbers, stress / health / work life balance is cause for worry and you will be treated like crap.

Good base salary, commissions and unparalleled perks (2 mini club and 1 compass club trips each year).

Cons

Management has the shortest span of attention ever: "What have you done for me today?" Specifically in Sales, there is no account management/ planning culture. In general, the organization is overly complex and inefficient. Lots of SVP, tons of VP. SVP/ VP might have SVP/ VP reporting to them. Many SVP/ VP have no reports at all... Benefits are weak, especially the healthcare plans suck: expensive contribution and out-of-pocket.
