Restructuring and layoffs every year. Frequent acquisitions and turnover in upper management leads to constantly changing tools, procedures and team alignment. People are treated like "resources" and can be moved to another team at anytime sometimes for only a short period. In the time I was there, as soon as I began to feel comfortable in a role, I would get moved and have to start all over. In every company meeting, the CEO stresses moving with greater speed, but it is nearly impossible to do so since everyone is always in the process of learning a new product, process or tool.

The Services organization exists only to support the sale of product. For those who've come to CA from other, TRUE service organizations or companies, it is troubling.
