      Unlimited vacation, reasonable healthcare options, standard 401-K, and at times good bonus.

      Cons

      Job insecurity with countless acquisitions, layoffs severance is bare minimum (2 weeks for every year of service).

      Work from home, on site gym

      Cons

      Work you until you drop with no loyalty whatsoever. Lack of skilled lower management. Promotions are unheard of. Turn over staff more often then not. The strategy of getting rid of the old and bring in the new is not working. The company is not growing for lack of talent. The negative morale is what's bringing down the company.
