      Pros

      The existing products are good and teams in US are knowledgeable as well.The existing products have good technical stacks and good architectures and design practises followed. There is a lot to learn in terms of great implementation of networking protocols and great problems being solved with design patterns that are also implemented very efficiently.

      Cons

      Most of the work in India is maintenance without much concern for enhancement. When products are transitioned to India ,not much transition happens and hence it is mostly looking for things in dark. The end of life products are dumped in India for only fixing customer issues and providing customer support
