Good Salary and Benefits in UK compared to the USA. Not too much pressure in delivering code on time, the project management team do a great job covering the time needed by dev. work. As my previous boss used to say, 'just play the game'. Gym Facilities good, people great, good development team and the requirements to produce code is not critical. Just make sure you have something to say in meetings and conference calls and use some of the corporate buzz words and you will do great in this companys culture. Just do the necessary work, enjoy the facilities and take it easy.
Cons
mandatory ethics training and trying to believe in the company;s forecasts of growth. Their saving money by closing offices and building up dev centres in low cost regions, but should still be safe for a few years yet.
