The work culture, flexible timings, Work-Life balance are very much impressive. If it is not the compensation growth you are looking at, you can definitely enjoy your tenure at CA. Once you join the company, you will never feel like leaving the company, if you do not care about the compensation growth. The compensation growth was very much impressive a few years ago. But after the recession, the company decreased the growth % drastically to single digits. But now the company is looking to make amends to its policies to attract newer work force. Believe me, CA is definitely among the best companies.

Salary, Coffee, Interesting Work and just as in any other job, the people you work with.

Cons

Senior management changes company direction and priority every 6 months. No money spent on any employee training. In-house-On-line or nothing. Annual raises, deferred until......... You have a job but not a career.
