      There are some decent products and the product we develop has been an industry leader for quite some time. It is an informal work environment which makes it easier to work.

      Cons

      Turnovers and re-organizations, constant reworking of planning. Leadership seems to want to change everything constantly. Cost cutting by shipping jobs overseas.
