Great family atmosphere, hard workers, loyal team members, flexible work life balance on certain teams, generous vacation days given, 401k, small gym facility, runs very lean with a lot of offshoring, international work force, bright work staff.

Cons

Constant fear of lay offs in increasing frequency, faux open door policy without retribution, & movement within the company to other roles or business units is nearly impossible without "knowing the right people", more than normal unspoken boys club
