Micro-management ( especially if you get in UIM/Nimsoft team) To many managers, for one engineer has to report to min of 3 managers High turnover on support teams Always changing policies that make it impossible to keep up AGAIN micro-management, Pay is not competitive in relation to the market, I say if you do decide to accept a offer here, use this as a stepping stone, do not commit to staying here for long

* Great vacation package 20 + days * Great benefits(Health, dental, vision,Legal) * Work life balance exists ( depending on your team) * Good learning portal, if you want to learn new technologies free of cost * Leading products to support in the market

Depending on the team you land on, you either will get a good or lousy manager. Most managers are incompetent and try to stay relevant by creating processes that are not helpful but instead cause bottlenecks. To many managers, i.e reporting to 3 managers Teams like UIM formerly known as Nimsoft have micro-managers which make tasks even more difficult delegating managerial work to people under you Customer focused YES, employee focus NOT so much.
