Pros

Fast moving company. I've worked for Cady Studios for 3 years. Since I've started, the company has doubled in size. Rewards performers. Employees that take initiative, and demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile are generally given the opportunity to advance with the company. Innovative company. Always challenging the status quo and looking for ways to improve.

Cons

Seasonal business, many positions are needed for just part of the year.

It's a fun job, if you like photography!

Cons

A whole lot of nepotism! They only give who they like or friends with more hours. The pay sucks! Very disorganized and rules change as they please.

I learned a lot about running large scale printers. That is all.

Cons

The company was very segregated as far as management vs. employees. People with the most experience and education were overlooked for advancement and it seemed as though only male employees were given any opportunity for such. The work load was heavy and they were preoccupied more with how many photos were retouched instead of quality. Open door policy was unheard of as well.
