      Pros

      You get to be around students and their parents who are excited for this experience.

      Cons

      This place is always ridiculously understaffed. Management doesn't care about workers at all. They work you to the bone with little to show for it.

      -laid back -Friendly co-workers -ping pong table

      Cons

      Management was very "separate" from the underlings below and it was really noticeable. Also a lot of upper management workers left Cady in the year I worked there, which was worrisome. Very disorganized and a lot of the retouchers were unexperienced high schoolers. Training and color management was all over the place. Photography and retouching was very inconsistent overall. As far as retouching...the number of photos completed was more emphasized rather than quality.

      Pros

      Constant growth of the company means more personal career growth for the employees. Cady Studios is very innovative and competes with no one but themselves in their industry. Constantly focusing on the company culture.

      Cons

      Still developing in some areas of the company. The seasonality of the company can bring challenges to a manager to retain good employees.
