Pros

Good Job for about a month.

Cons

Very unorganized company, and always understaffed. This company will work you to the bone; they care very little for the employees and only care about when and how long you can work. You only earn 3% commission on 1,000 dollar picture packages, and you'll sale three of these a week if your lucky. You are constantly yelled at by parents about session fees and pricing. The management is cruel and will fire you at the drop of a hat, but they remain baffled on why there understaffed. The work/life relationship with this job is outrageous for anyone who is a college student (who they hire) they expect you to work long hours (longer than 9-5), and expect you to respond to emails and phone calls even when your not there and will try to call you in at least once a week. There are times where managers leave the staff by themselves even when we are understaffed and will go home leaving us to deal with parent complaints and issues. The CEO comes to visit every blue moon only to find what we are doing wrong and how much money we are making him and doesn't even bother to introduce himself to you. The job it self is tedious you simply listen to parents complain about how they can't afford there pictures, play the canned slideshow, click from picture to picture for them at there command, and take there money. You have to be extremely patient to do this job as it will take some parent 4 hours to select three pictures they like cause they can't afford to buy more. If you run into issue with your pay check they will NOT get it fixed until you harass them and threaten to quit or take them to court. This job is very stressful and they expect you to work three times as hard and bend over backwards to compensate for there poor management and the ability to hire new employees.

Pros

Nice environment, ability to earn commission, & travel is reimbursed.

Cons

Highly unorganized, short if any notice of schedule change, would send us to take breaks if too many people where scheduled. During training the Cady family was present cleaning and getting the building ready. They were using spray paint inside with all the workers. I have aerosol induced asthma. Needless to say I had an asthma attack, and needed to step outside. Aerosol spray was used for a while, and even the smell was too much. The director of the location came out and yelled at me for wasting the company's time. Many employees were not getting paid properly after a couple months. It was very disorganized, and many employees left because of it.

Pros

Nice buildings, computers, and decent staff. The commission is decent. It's 3% on the collections only. It's good for a first job and they will hire pretty much anyone who is good looking with a pulse.

Cons

The whole company is insanely unorganized. The system goes down constantly, the corporate office is full of idiots. I worked there for over a year and they are supposed to choose a "lead" for every season, yet they didn't this season just to save a quick buck. They always nickel and dime EVERY client. Like 45$ PER PICTURE to get some retouching when they have 30-55 pictures.. you do the math. That is RIDICULOUS. They do not sell the CD with copyrights alone you either have to reach $1,250 for most popular and $2,950 for elites just to get the CD and unlimited poses. The prices are ridiculous and this just sets you up for failure. Most every parent gets upset because they have to spend thousands of dollars to even think about getting one copy of each of the pictures they like. So you have parents YELLING at you all of the time. This job is the most stressful job. They are always understaffed and you always have to feel like you're in crunch time. Things never go smooth. They messed up my pay for OVER A MONTH! The managers are EXTREMELY unorganized and honestly do not even know what they're doing. You will regret more than anything working for this company.
