Find contractor positions that suit your needs. Contractor pay rates are reasonable. Contractors have the opportunity to switch positions by simply asking their manager to look for another opportunity for them.

Cons

If you work offsite, you are disconnected from the company since you never physically meet them. For contractor positions, you are only working as long as your contract with the client lasts.

I have been with CAI for the last 8 years of my 38-year career and I can honestly say that this is the best company I have worked with. The leadership cares about the staff and are committed to putting the resources in the areas of work that they can excel in. The company is growing fast but the organizational changes are keeping up with the growth.
